In my quest to find a painting material in which Miss L would not spend her entire time eating (which is what happens when we paint with condensed milk), I stumbled upon an idea for painting with kool aid and it works great! All you do is pour different kool aid packets into cups (I used old muffin tins) and have a cup of water for them to dip their paint brush in and that's it! Eventually the girls figured out that if they dip their paint brush in the water and then the kool aid powder it would make a color! They loved to see what color each well in the muffin tin would make! I love it because it was easy set up and Miss L didn't like tasting the paint the whole time because there is no sugar added to the powder!
