1) 3-D Apple Trees
The girls used Q-tips and red paint to "dot" apples on a green piece of paper to create an apple tree!
2) Apple Sun catcher
I cut out a apple shape and attached clear contact paper to it. The girls stuck red and green pre-cut square pieces of tissue paper on the contact paper and we hung them in the window- no tape needed because we didn't cover all of the contact paper!
3) Apple Sensory Table
Complete with plastic apples, paper bags from real apple orchards, apple buckets, apple cut outs, apple pictures from magazines, red and green pom poms and then I attached tissue paper apples to an "Easter tree" using pipe cleaners so the girls could "pick" apples from the tree.
4) Apple Picking
Field trip time! We went to a real apple orchard to pick apples!
5) Cooking with Apples
We made apple crisp. First the girls helped wash the apples. Then they helped mix all the ingredients together!
