Sensory Play...Potato flakes!

Today the girls decided what toddler activity we should play.  When I was getting breakfast ready, I didn't realize that Miss M was dumping instant potato flakes all over the kitchen floor!  (Side note: We don't normally have instant potatoes at our house. I think they are gross. But when we first brought the girls home, we thought it might be a good idea to have "fast" foods in the house.) At first, I was a little upset but then realized that it might be a great sensory experience so I gave them a few things to play with in the flakes and they set to work!  

I don't think Dixie looks like she approves of this activity!
